VOCERA COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
MOVING HEADQUARTERS TO SAN JOSE BUILDING Of TBI DEVELOPMENT
Vocera Communications, Inc., Cupertino-based developer of the only wearable, hands-free instant voice communication system on the market, has leased 46,305 square feet of space at 525 Race St., announced Brad W. Krouskup, President and CEO of Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development (TBI Development). Vocera plans to begin moving the first of its 110 Cupertino employees to the new headquarters in November.


D’VINE JAZZ AND WINE SHOP OPENING AT MADRONE VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER
D’Vine Jazz & Wine, a new business that will provide the South Valley’s first wine bar and jazz room and one of the area’s few venues of any kind for regular live entertainment, has leased 3,775 square feet of space in the Madrone Village Shopping Center. The business is expected to open the middle of December next to Chipotle Mexican Grill, announced Brad Krouskup, president of shopping center owner Toeniskoetter & Breeding Inc. Development (TBI Development).

Erin Toeniskoetter
Vice President
Erin had been managing a mid-rise office park in Irvine for Spieker Properties when her father, CEO Chuck Toeniskoetter, recruited her for Toeniskoetter & Breeding Property Management in 2000. In addition to overseeing the Property Management division at TBI, her responsibilities include the management of 1 million square feet of the existing portfolio as well as all new developments and acquisitions. The program Erin ran at 450 West Santa Clara, which is the Silicon Valley headquarters for Colliers International, was judged best in its class in Silicon Valley by the Business Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
Erin was born in Laguna Beach when her father served in the Marine Corps, and she was reared in Los Gatos. She graduated from Los Gatos High School in 1989 and earned a bachelor's degree in management at Chico State University in 1994. Erin is the eldest of the four Toeniskoetter children and the first to join the family company. |

Deana Anders
Asset Manager
Deana has been with TBI since April of 2006. Almost fifteen years ago, Deana accepted what she thought was a temporary position at Prometheus Real Estate Group and has been working in property management ever since. Before joining TBI, Deana worked as a Senior Property Manager at Divco West Property Services for six years where she managed close to 1,000,000 square feet of industrial and R&D projects. A few of her tenants included Yahoo!, AMD, Edify and Reuters.
As an Asset Manager for TBI, Deana’s responsibilities include overseeing and managing a portfolio of approximately 400,000 square feet of medical office and industrial properties in San Jose and Milpitas. |

Kim Quach
Asset Manager
Kim has been with TBI since January 2006. She started out in accounting and was promoted to Asset Manager in December 2006. In addition to a background in accounting, Kim also holds a California Real Estate License and has a Degree in Business Management.
As an Asset Manager at TBI, Kim manages a portfolio of approximately 500,000 square feet of office and R&D properties in San Jose, Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz and the 30-acre Cochrane Business Ranch in Morgan Hill.

Yvonne Siko
VP Finance
Yvonne manages the accounting operations for Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development as well as more than 30 real estate investment partnerships and companies. Yvonne joined TBI Development in 1986 as a Property Manager and Partnership Accountant. She managed projects that included the Granite Creek Business Center, Mission Hill Office Building, Campbell Gateway Square, Cochrane Business Ranch and 1960
The Alameda which covered the San Jose, Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz and Morgan Hill areas.
Since 1998, with the growth of TBI's real estate portfolio, Yvonne's responsibilities have been focused on the financial management of TBI Development and over two million square feet of commercial and industrial real estate. In 2001 the financial management of TBI-Mission West LLC, (110-acre Madrone Business Park in Morgan Hill) was added to her responsibilities. More recently the newly built Los Gatos Medical Center and four newly acquired buildings in the San Jose area were added to the TBI portfolio.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Yvonne graduated from the University of Hawaii in 1977 with a bachelor’s degree and moved to California where she began her business career. |

Robin Adepoju
Senior Portfolio Accountant
Robin joined the Property Management Team in 2004 as a Senior Portfolio Accountant. She maintains the accounts for a portfolio of approximately 33 buildings and over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate property. Other major responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
Robin's real estate accounting experience in commercial and residential properties began in 1989. She has worked for several property management companies in the Bay Area and on the East Coast. |

Bernadetter Medellin
Property Portfolio Accountant
Bernadette joined TBI Development in March 2008 as a Property Portfolio Accountant. Prior to joining TBI Bernadette worked in the mortgage banking industry and brings to TBI over 6 years of experience in accounting.
As a Property Portfolio Accountant she is responsible for processing payables, receivables and communicating with tenants and vendors. She is also responsible for bank reconciliations, insurance tracking and assisting with partnership cash flows of over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate property.

JR Romero
Facilities Superintendent
JR joined the TBI Property Management Team in 2003 as a Facilities Superintendent. We are truly pleased to have J R on our team! J R brings over twenty years of experience in the facilities management industry.
With JR’s outgoing personality and his commitment to customer service he always makes sure our tenants are well taken care. Prior to joining TBI JR negotiated, coordinated and managed facilities maintenance services such as HVAC, telecommunications, security, grounds, and janitorial services. JR’s knowledge and experience of installing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems and equipment is truly an amenity not only to our tenants, but the property management team as well.
JR handles thirteen of our properties located in Morgan Hill. |

Gilbert Ruiz
Facilities Superintendent
Gilbert started with the TBI team in April 2006. He has 3 years of HVAC Mechanical experience, 1 year of trade school and 2 years working with a HVAC Mechanical company. Prior to joining TBI, Gilbert was working for CH2MHILL at Greater Bay Bancorp for 5 years as a Facilities Technician. He handled services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and vendor relationships. Gilbert's training and background will be an asset to the team.

Renato Carlos
Facilities Superintendent
Renato came to United States in 1974 from the Philippines. Before getting into facilities maintenance he served in the US Navy for 20 years. Renato comes to TBI with 12 years commercial and industrial facilities experience. He spent six years as the Facilities Engineer for Civic Center Tower in downtown San Jose, prior to joining the TBI Development team on May 15, 2006.
His extensive experience will round out the TBI Property Management Team and assure that our tenants get the best professional service and repairs.
Renato is
responsible for a Class A, six story commercial building at 2150 N. First St., San Jose and Northern Industrial.

Ed Oneto
Facilities Superintendent
Ed joined the TBI team in October 2006 with 13 years experience in facilities maintenance in the semi-conductor field. Prior to joining TBI Ed worked for California Eastern Laboratories in Santa Clara as a Facilities Manager where he handled vendor services such as HVAC, security, landscaping and more. Ed's background will allow him to provide excellent service to his tenants and management team.
