TBI ACQUIRES THREE CAMPBELL BUILDINGS

Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development has acquired three adjacent office buildings located between Winchester Boulevard and Camden Avenue in Campbell. The three one-story buildings at 743, 745 and 747 Camden Ave. total 61,056 square feet and were acquired from a partnership owned by the family of the late Howard J. White III, Vice President Dan Amend of TBI Development announced.



DAN AMEND NAMED DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S DISCOVERY MUSEUM

Daniel T. Amend, Vice President of Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development (TBI Development), has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Children’s Discovery Museum. Mr. Amend also has joined the museum’s Committee on Exhibits & Programs, which is developing the “Art Loft,” a new art studio for children 4 to 10 years old for which TBI is making a significant contribution.

 

 

 

 

 

 

LEAH C.TOENISKOETTER JOINS TBI DEVELOPMENT

SAN JOSE – Leah C. Toeniskoetter, formerly a senior credit analyst for Comerica Bank and a business consultant and project manager in the Peace Corps, has joined Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. (TBI) Development as Project Development Manager. Ms. Toeniskoetter will join TBI Development President Brad Krouskup and Vice President Dan Amend in the acquisition, development and management of TBI’s Real Estate Portfolio. Leah’s initial emphasis will be directed toward building acquisitions, permanent financing and portfolio marketing.

“The addition of Leah will provide us more flexibility and focus in evaluating building acquisitions,” Mr. Krouskup said. “Her business banking background will be a valuable asset in evaluating current tenants and tenant prospects.”

Ms. Toeniskoetter graduated from Los Gatos High School in 1995 and from the University of Notre Dame in 1999 with a degree in Science-Business and a specialty in geological and biological sciences. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Italian and has studied in Costa Rica, Italy and Belize. She is the second of the four children of Toeniskoetter & Breeding Chairman and co-founder Charles J. Toeniskoetter to join the development firm. In 2000 Erin Toeniskoetter joined the firm’s Property Management Group as Asset Manager. Erin Toeniskoetter previously had been employed in property management by Spieker Properties in Orange County.

While in the Peace Corps from 1999 to 2001 Leah served as Business Consultant and Project Manager of Talleres Artesanales Cinti, focused on developing a sustainable enterprise for rural artisans in Bolivia. In 2002 she worked as a translator of Portuguese to English in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and in 2002 and 2003, she coordinated and chronicled projects and events for the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce in New York City.

She started with $55-billion Comerica Bank in Detroit in 2003 as a credit specialist for the International Europe Group. Subsequently she was named Junior Credit Analyst for Middle Market Banking in Detroit and Senior Credit Analyst for the Special Assets Group and Technology & Life Sciences Division in San Jose.

Toeniskoetter & Breeding Inc., Development serves as managing general partner for a number of diversified real estate properties throughout Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties, which are managed by TBI Property Management. They include the 110-acre Madrone Business Center and adjacent 30-acre Cochrane Business Ranch in Morgan Hill, as well as medical, office and retail properties in San Jose, Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley and Milpitas.
