TBI ACQUIRES THREE CAMPBELL BUILDINGS

Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development has acquired three adjacent office buildings located between Winchester Boulevard and Camden Avenue in Campbell. The three one-story buildings at 743, 745 and 747 Camden Ave. total 61,056 square feet and were acquired from a partnership owned by the family of the late Howard J. White III, Vice President Dan Amend of TBI Development announced.

DAN AMEND NAMED DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S DISCOVERY MUSEUM

Daniel T. Amend, Vice President of Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development (TBI Development), has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Children’s Discovery Museum. Mr. Amend also has joined the museum’s Committee on Exhibits & Programs, which is developing the “Art Loft,” a new art studio for children 4 to 10 years old for which TBI is making a significant contribution.

BRYAN PARTNERSHIP SELECTS TBI TO MANAGE 4 BUILDINGS

SAN JOSE – The Bryan Family Partnership has selected Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development (TBI Development) to manage four Silicon Valley buildings whose tenants include Seagate Technology, SS8 Networks, Ricoh Corp. and P-Com Networks. The buildings are located in Milpitas, North San Jose and Campbell.

The buildings total 241,475 square feet and are currently fully leased, according to TBI Vice President Dan Amend. However, 19,000 square feet of the Ricoh building at 1996 Lundy Ave. in the International Business Park area of San Jose and 60,000 square feet of the P-Com building at 3175 South Winchester Blvd. are expected to be available for re-leasing.

Erin Toeniskoetter of TBI Property Management will manage the Bryan Family properties. TBI Development has signed listing agreements with Bob Shepherd of Colliers International to market the Winchester building and Michael Rosendin and Craig Fordyce, also of Colliers International, to market the Lundy building.
