TBI ACQUIRES THREE CAMPBELL BUILDINGS

Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development has acquired three adjacent office buildings located between Winchester Boulevard and Camden Avenue in Campbell. The three one-story buildings at 743, 745 and 747 Camden Ave. total 61,056 square feet and were acquired from a partnership owned by the family of the late Howard J. White III, Vice President Dan Amend of TBI Development announced.



DAN AMEND NAMED DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN’S DISCOVERY MUSEUM

Daniel T. Amend, Vice President of Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development (TBI Development), has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Children’s Discovery Museum. Mr. Amend also has joined the museum’s Committee on Exhibits & Programs, which is developing the “Art Loft,” a new art studio for children 4 to 10 years old for which TBI is making a significant contribution.

 

 

 

 

 

 


TOENISKOETTER & BREEDING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LEASES MILPITAS BUILDING TO SOLECTRON

MILPITAS - The property management division of Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. (TBI) Development has leased a 132,000-square-foot building in Milpitas to Solectron Corporation, the world's largest provider of electronics manufacturing services. The five-year lease provides Solectron with space for both manufacturing and warehousing of customized electronics products.

The Solectron building comprises just over half a two-building, 243,746-square-foot complex on Yosemite Drive owned by Northern Industrial Properties of Milpitas and under TBI management for the past 18 months. Best known for managing the Toeniskoetter & Breeding portfolio of nearly one million square feet of office, retail and R&D space, TBI Property Management also will manage selected properties for other owners, TBI Property Manager Carolyn Markland said.

Toeniskoetter & Breeding's property management program was recently recognized for outstanding achievement by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The organization named the new western headquarters of Integrated Circuit Systems Inc. (ICS) in San Jose as 1999 best R&D building under 100,000 square feet. Toeniskoetter & Breeding developed and built the 72,000-square-foot building at 525 Race St., and Markland manages it. The BOMA award recognizes excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact."

Founded in 1983, San Jose-based Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development has developed corporate headquarters, medical offices, retail centers and R&D buildings in San Jose, Campbell, Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz and Morgan Hill. These properties include the O'Connor Health Center in San Jose, retail and medical offices at Campbell Gateway Square and a 22,000-square-foot building of classical design under construction at 450 West Santa Clara Street near the San Jose Arena. TBI Development has completed the 357,000-square-foot Cochrane Business Ranch in Morgan Hill and is starting work on the adjacent Madrone Business Park.
