Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development has acquired three adjacent office buildings located between Winchester Boulevard and Camden Avenue in Campbell. The three one-story buildings at 743, 745 and 747 Camden Ave. total 61,056 square feet and were acquired from a partnership owned by the family of the late Howard J. White III, Vice President Dan Amend of TBI Development announced.
Daniel T. Amend, Vice President of Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development (TBI Development), has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Children’s Discovery Museum. Mr. Amend also has joined the museum’s Committee on Exhibits & Programs, which is developing the “Art Loft,” a new art studio for children 4 to 10 years old for which TBI is making a significant contribution.

BRAD KROUSKUP NAMED PRESIDENT OF TOENISKOETTER & BREEDING DEVELOPMENT SAN JOSE -- Brad W. Krouskup, who has been with Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. (TBI) Development since its founding in 1983 and who has presided over the completed and current development of some 3 million square feet of space, has been promoted from executive vice president to president. “Brad’s new title reflects his past achievements and expanded new responsibilities,” said Charles J. Toeniskoetter, president of Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. and chairman of TBI Development. “Under Brad’s leadership, TBI Development has forged significant new financial relationships, and it has as much space under development today as it has completed in its previous 17 years.” Krouskup’s responsibilities include acquisition, development and management of all investment properties, management of a real estate portfolio that includes more than $135 million of commercial and industrial properties and management of TBI Development’s property and asset management staff. Krouskup currently overseas development of the 110-acre, master-planned Madrone Business Park in Morgan Hill, which will encompass 1.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial space and $10 million of public infrastructure. Toeniskoetter & Breeding Development is also building a two-story, 22,000-square-foot office building of classical design at 450 West Santa Clara Street across from the San Jose Arena. It recently completed the Heritage Financial Center in Morgan Hill, which was the final development in the company’s 26-acre, 350,000-square-foot Cochrane Business Ranch. Krouskup, 41, has been executive vice president of TBI Development since 1991. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1980 with a bachelor’s degree in urban economics and from 1981 to 1983 worked as a project development manager for Carl N. Swenson Construction Company in San Jose. He joined newly founded TBI Development in 1983 as project development manager and was promoted to vice president the following year. Krouskup has served as a director of the Children’s Discovery Museum in San Jose and as a director of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development serves as managing general partner for a number of diversified real estate properties throughout Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties. Developments include the 52,000-square-foot O’Connor Health Center in San Jose, 70,000-square-foot western headquarters for Integrated Circuit Systems in San Jose, 38,000-square-foot retail and medical office complex named Gateway Square in Campbell, 93,000-square-foot Granite Creek Business Center in Scotts Valley and the historical restoration and award-winning office complex at 1960 The Alameda. Toeniskoetter & Breeding developments typically are undertaken with partners, who may include landowners, business users or individual and corporate investors. The Madrone Business Park, for example, is a development of TBI-Mission West LLC, which involves an expanded relationship with The Berg Group and its affiliated Mission West Properties, a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT).
