Vocera Communications, Inc., Cupertino-based developer of the only wearable, hands-free instant voice communication system on the market, has leased 46,305 square feet of space at 525 Race St., announced Brad W. Krouskup, President and CEO of Toeniskoetter & Breeding, Inc. Development (TBI Development). Vocera plans to begin moving the first of its 110 Cupertino employees to the new headquarters in November.
D’Vine Jazz & Wine, a new business that will provide the South Valley’s first wine bar and jazz room and one of the area’s few venues of any kind for regular live entertainment, has leased 3,775 square feet of space in the Madrone Village Shopping Center. The business is expected to open the middle of December next to Chipotle Mexican Grill, announced Brad Krouskup, president of shopping center owner Toeniskoetter & Breeding Inc.
