Toeniskoetter Development Signs Lease with
Easton-Bell Sports, Inc. for New Offices in Scotts Valley
The New Facilities will serve as the sales, marketing and R&D center for the Company’s Giro, Bell, Blackburn and Easton brands.
Toeniskoetter Development announced today that it has leased 45,000 square feet of class A office space to Easton-Bell Sports, Inc. The sporting goods manufacturer’s northern California office will be located at 5550 Scotts Valley Drive in Scotts Valley. Easton-Bell was formerly located in Harvey West Business Park in Santa Cruz, CA.

Charles J. Toeniskoetter
Chairman
Chuck co-founded Toeniskoetter Development in 1983 after serving as Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Carl N. Swenson Co., a leading San Jose construction/development company. Brad W. Krouskup
President
and CEO
Brad oversees the acquisition, development and management of all investment properties. A veteran of Carl N. Swenson Construction, Brad joined Toeniskoetter Development in 1983. Recent projects include Madrone Business Park in Morgan Hill, a master planned 110 acre business park which boasts 1.5 million square feet of commercial, office and light industrial buildings, as well as an 80,000 sq. ft. shopping center that will break ground in the summer of 2006. Brad currently serves on the Board of Directors of the San Jose/Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce and is a past board member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Children's Discovery Museum. Brad is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. |

Daniel T. Amend
Executive Vice President
Dan's responsibilities include the acquisition of investment properties, the negotiation of new leases and lease renewals, the procurement of permanent financing for all investment properties, the management of city entitlements, and the maintenance and expansion of relationships with existing tenants, investment partners, and third-party management clients. Dan also has executive management oversight of Cochrane Road Self Storage and serves as President of Toeniskoetter Construction. Dan has most recently been involved with the acquisition and redevelopment of 91 E. Tasman Drive in North San Jose. Dan is currently Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and he is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Dan serves the community as President of the Board of Directors for Senior Housing Solutions and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Discovery Museum of San Jose. He has an Officer License and Broker License from the California Department of Real Estate. Dan graduated with a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and lives with his wife and three sons in the Willow Glen area of San Jose. |

Lisa W. Lemoin
Executive Assistant
Lisa is responsible for managing the historic corporate office on The Alameda and provides executive support to the Chairman, President/CEO and Sr. Vice President. She also provides additional support to the Property Management team and the executive team of Toeniskoetter Construction. She coordinates the web presence and public relations for Toeniskoetter Development and Toeniskoetter Construction.
Lisa formerly worked for Filoli Gardens and Citation Homes Central. She has a BS Degree in Horticulture from Cal-Poly, San Luis Obispo, is an avid gardener and volunteers her time helping elderly neighbors maintain their home gardens. Her dogs are certified Furry Friends "Pet Therapy Dogs" and she regularly takes them to visit several Bay Area nursing homes to work with the residents. |

Nora E. Taylor
Receptionist
Nora joined the Toeniskoetter Development team in 1994. It's likely she's the first person you talk to when calling or visiting our offices. Her professionalism and positive attitude are what make a visit to the Toeniskoetter companies memorable. Nora's husband Jere recently retired from TBI Construction, but Nora continues to grace our front office. Nora is also San Jose's #1 Sharks fan and spends much of her free time with her 9 grandchildren. |
