Toeniskoetter & Breeding Inc. Development announced today that they have leased 65,000 sq. ft. of office space to BMC Software.  The newly renovated office building at 91 E. Tasman Drive in North San Jose will be BMC’s new regional headquarters; they are currently located in Sunnyvale.
